As a REALTOR®, I have chosen to be bound to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.  I have been designated as a Price Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE), Commercial/Residential Advisor (CRA) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  In the past, I’ve worked at Ogilvy & Mather NY in the marketing department.  I am a business owner who has spent 30 years in Manhattan, 18 years in the business aspect of real estate.  I was a Member and VP at Cornerstone, LLC - a construction and renovation concern in Manhattan.  As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, my job is to provide resources - from a handyman to temperature-controlled storage, finding senior caretakers to fit your personal needs, all to help you and your family move through the future with greater ease.

 I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. More about me:  I am an artist - plein-air landscape oil, pastel, mixed media, collage, gold leaf and I am a voiceover actor with a broadcast quality home studio.  I have 3 grown children, all artists.
