Olde Naples – Downtown – is the 5th Ave and 3rd Street Districts where you can browse in art galleries, shop for fine clothing, enjoy boutiques and coffee shops, gourmet restaurants and the Naples Pier. Homes in Olde Naples are set on tree-lined streets that lead to directly to the beach. There are plenty of real estate choices starting from old-style single-family houses, newly constructed homes, villas, condos and times shares. There are no high-rises allowed in Olde Naples.
