As a REALTOR® I have chosen to be bound to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. I have been designated as a Price Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiating Expert and Senior Real Estate Specialist. In the past I've worked at Ogilvy Mather NY in the marketing department and am a business owner who has spent 30 years in Manhattan, 18 years in the business aspect of real estate.

As a Negotiating Expert I will negotiate the best possible sales price and most favorable terms for you.
